Lyle Pearson is Rainstar Capital Group’s Managing Director and spends his time at his residences in Utah, California & Ireland. He is a former senior executive with extensive international corporate accomplishments in executive management, sales, marketing, business development, operations, consulting, technical products and financial services development. He has held P&L responsibilities with international - large, mid-size and startup companies, that have had either a new, high growth or turnaround execution strategy needed. He has an MBA & BA Degrees in Business Administration and Associate Degree in Electronics.
The companies referenced, realized an average of 20% cost savings in operations and at least a 30% increase in sales revenue within 90 to 180 days and many required attracting additional growth financing.
