Edward has working experience in community, regional and large corporate banks. Prior to his lending experience, he worked in the credit department with a large corporate banking institution for almost 5 years, where he completed his credit training program. Edward specialized in the Corporate and Industrial sector through most of his career where he has closed loans ranging from $500K up to $300M with domestic and international businesses.

Throughout Mr. Nelson’s twenty five-year career in real estate business finance, he has owned and managed real estate-business assets. He has invested over $100,000 on his intellectual capital and continues to do so to keep up with the changing market.
